Adina is a social entrepreneur, systems thinker, and environmental psychology researcher dedicated to redefining the role of business in society. As the founder of Tianmei's World Academy, the world's first decentralized "network of classrooms" cross-cultural educational platform, Adina has pioneered innovative approaches to foster inclusive, sustainable, and cross-disciplinary learning environments. With over a decade of experience across Europe and China, Adina has worked at the intersection of business, education, and social impact, developing models that integrate financial sustainability with social and environmental value creation. Through initiatives like the NGO to Social Entrepreneurship Pivoting Incubator and groundbreaking research in sustainability and environmental psychology, Adina aims to champion the transformation of businesses into drivers of systemic change. As a Klaus Töpfer Sustainability Fellow, Adina is focused on developing a comprehensive framework to help businesses align profitability with sustainability, contributing to global efforts to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
